If another liberal President is allowed to appoint a SCOTUS judge I think you are correct – our country will fall flat on its face. When justices begin to follow their “hearts” instead of the “law” America will be destroyed, probably from within. Yet our “laws” are, in themselves, fracturing our nation. It is insane yet it is happening just as you describe.
